Trench Warfare is presented by Charlie Weitkamp. This project is independent of Open Spaces. Please check the organization website or call to confirm dates before making the trip.
Featuring an original score performed live by a 7-piece ensemble, a group of local artists will come together for a unique theatrical performance at the National World War I Museum and Memorial. "Trench Warfare" is a surreal take on the lives of two infantry soldiers stationed in the trenches of World War I. The show features an original score by Tim Harte. Harte, an undergrad in the UMKC conservatory, made history by being the first student accepted into the program using his computer as an instrument.
