Jeff Freling (guitar, vocals) and Erin McGrane (vocals, ukulele) have been performing together since 2010 as Victor and Penny. For this performance, their dazzling guitar licks and tight vocal harmonies are backed by their fine band, Loose Change Orchestra, performing standards along with originals from V&P’s 2016 full-length CD, Electricity.
