Operated by entertainment guru Richard Renner, Vodvill Entertainment is a Lawrence, KS-based company that specializes in novelty and specialty performances to be presented at fairs, schools, libraries and festivals. Part of his retinue of human oddities, Hedge People, costumed performers who portray topiary bushes that have been shaped into human form, will mix and mingle for an afternoon with human visitors and existing topiary in Swope Park.
